A discussion between a father and his 14-year-old son about the time and effort required to find and hire top talent sparked the idea for ezyhire. The son's immediate and surprising response to his father was to help recruiters at every stage of the process in order to streamline the hiring procedure. His father liked the concept, so he drew up a rough sketch and presented a detailed plan for what would become ezyhire, a full-fledged platform currently used by companies to manage 500+ remote workforces.
