Candidate Consent and Data Handling

Before conducting any tests, Ezyhire ensures explicit consent from candidates to collect and process their data, exclusively for recruitment or learning and development purposes. The information gathered includes the candidate’s name and email ID, while additional details like phone numbers, resumes, and university scores may be collected by the customer.

Ezyhire refrains from sending unsolicited or marketing emails to candidates. Test invitations are sent by the customer through email, with the responsibility to secure consent for the test invite. Alternatively, candidates may receive an open link for the test.

In the case of customers utilizing Proctored tests, Ezyhire can track specific candidate data, including facial movement counts and audio detection counts, all stored in numeric format. This information is securely stored on Ezyhire’s servers and provided to the client after the test in a view-only mode. Ezyhire maintains confidentiality by not sharing this data or any test report data with third parties. Clients with an active subscription can access.

Additionally, ezyhire verifies candidates using our database email for enhanced security and authentication.

Information Obtained from External Sources

 

i. Referral Programs :
If someone has referred Ezyhire products or services to you through our referral programs, they may have furnished us with your name, email address, and other personal information. Should you wish to have your information removed from our database, please contact us at [email protected]. Information provided about another person, or received from another individual about you, will be used solely for the intended purpose.

ii. Details from Reselling Partners and Service Providers :
Engaging with our reselling partners or expressing interest in our products or services through them may result in the partner sharing your name, email address, company name, and other information with Ezyhire. Participation in an event sponsored by Ezyhire may lead the event organizer to share your details with us. Information may also be received from review sites where you comment on our offerings and from third-party service providers engaged for marketing initiatives.

iii. Data from Social Media Platforms and Publicly Available Sources :
Your interactions with us on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Instagram, involving posts, comments, or questions, may lead to the collection of publicly available information, including profile details. Notably, gathered information may persist with Ezyhire even if deleted from social media sites.
