Sales Development Representative
40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Your goal will be to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products or services.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential customers
- Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers within those organizations
- Make cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage in social selling to establish contact with prospects
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and budgetary considerations
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and messaging that resonate with target customers
- Track and manage prospecting activities and customer interactions using CRM software
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning
