Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the success of our sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales team
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and sales techniques, and provide training and development opportunities to the sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads
