Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Big Data Engineer / Data Engineer to join our team. As a Big Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our big data infrastructure and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, implement data pipelines, optimize data processing and storage, and ensure the efficient handling of large volumes of data.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain big data solutions, including data ingestion, processing, storage, and analysis
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement and optimize data pipelines using technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or similar frameworks
- Develop and maintain data processing workflows and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the data infrastructure
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems, making recommendations for improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, storage, and integration
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in big data and data engineering
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance and data management best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and solutions
Salary Range:
$158,080.00/Year to $163,000.00/Year
