- Provide prompt and professional customer support via various channels such as phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order assistance, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant team members
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
